Return Policy
Orders
Misile strives to make the online ordering process as seamless as possible. All orders within the domestic US and Canada will be shipped within 48 hours of order placement if the item is in stock. We ship Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) during the normal business hours of 8am-5pm EST. If you need information regarding your order and shipment, please contact us at contact@MisileNYC.com
Payment
We accept most major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged when you place the order. If we are not able to fulfill the order for any reason your card will be refunded. We cannot accept cash, check or money orders.
All prices are in USD. Misile charges state sales tax within the US as required by applicable laws.
Returns + Exchanges
Misile wants you to love your product as much as we do. If you need to return a non-sale item, we will accept the return within 10 days of you receiving your parcel for refund. All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and in the original packaging. We cannot refund special orders. We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different item or size, you will need to return the original item and purchase the new item. Email contact@MisileNYC.com
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Misile requires a tracking number on all returned packages. Those sent without a tracking number will not be accepted. Repackage and mail your return, with the courier of your choice, to the following address:
